Sarah started her career at Publicis Mojo in NZ, working on Lion Nathan. Working with some of NZs most iconic beer brands fuelled her passion for work that’s entertaining, distinctive and effective.

Sarah moved to FCB Auckland to lead several Social Change clients (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Social Development, Health Promotions Agency and Ministry of Statistics. She led NZ Foodstuffs (PAKnSAVE) and Cerebos Greggs, APN and NZ Magazines. Through her leadership phenomenal accolades were awarded including an IPA Gold Effectiveness Award in 2015 for the National Depression Initiative and a Yellow Pencil for UNICEF’s Food Photos Saves Lives at D&AD and a Silver Lion at the 2014 Cannes.

Sarah made the move to CHE Proximity in 2015 to work across a variety of brand and retail clients who all had a focus on transformational change with a focus on technology and customer focused projects. As Client Partner, Sarah was part of the CHE Proximity management team that contributed to the positive trajectory of the agency including being recognised as AWARD and SPIKES Agency of the Year 2021, AFRs Most Innovative Companies 2017-2020, Mumbrellas Full Service Agency of the Year 2020, and WARC 2020 #3 Most Effective Agency in the world.

In July 2021 Sarah made the exciting change to Bullfrog Media as General Manager to help continue the growth of the agency, provide experience and leadership to its current client base and further develop the business and its staff.
